Exceptional service, but room issues

On my recent stay, I was blown away by the fantastic service from the restaurant staff, especially Mr Ong, who was exceptionally polite and professional.

However, I did encounter significant discomfort due to the lack of cleanliness in my room, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

The king room with a view was spacious and had thoughtful personal touches that enhanced my comfort. The service at the ground floor restaurant was commendable. Harpreet Singh was particularly attentive and courteous. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful mix of international and local foods that catered to diverse tastes. One experience that stood out was the rooftop infinity pool, which provided a serene escape from a busy day.

During my stay, I loved how the hotel was so close to lovely spots like the Kaaraneeswarar Temple and the beautiful Gulmohar Avenue, making my afternoon walks so enjoyable. plus, the delicious breakfast spread made each morning bright and exciting for my city explorations.
